2016 POLAR PLUNGE
It’s time to take the PLUNGE for Special Olympics Ontario! Are you brave enough?
Chief Evans, Deputy Jarvis, Deputy Adams and Deputy McCord have all signed up to plunge this year!
DATE: Saturday, February 27, 2016
LOCATION: The PRP Association- 10675 Mississauga Road, Brampton, ON
SCHEDULE: Registration 11:30 am - 12:30pm
Plunge begins at 1:00pm
REGISTRATION: $75 Registration Fee ($50 for Students), waived if you raise $200
Every Plunger recieves a FREE Polar Plunge Beach Towel!
In partnership with the Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run, Peel Regional Police will be hosting a Polar Plunge at The PRP Association to raise awareness and much needed funds for athletes and families of Special Olympics Ontario. This non-profit organization helps provide quality sports and training programs for children, youth and adults with an intellectual disability that are only possible through the generous donations that are raised at events such as the Polar Plunge.
To participate in the Polar Plunge, please register online and agree to the attached waiver. Collect donations from all your friends, family, co-workers, and anyone who would like to see you plunge into the icy waters!
