Homicide Investigation in Brampton

Region of PeelInvestigators from the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau are investigating the death of an 18-year-old man that occurred in the City of Brampton.

On Saturday, November 30, 2019, at 6:39 p.m., Peel Regional Police responded to a residential area near Rosepac Avenue and  Metzak Drive in the City of Brampton for reports of shots fired in that area. Upon arrival, an 18-year-old man was located outside a residence suffering from gunshot wounds.  The victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

A white or light coloured vehicle was seen leaving the area with multiple suspects inside.

At this stage of the investigation, this is believed to be an isolated incident and investigators from the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau are continuing to investigate the circumstances of what transpired last night.
