Man Charged for Indecent Act

 

Region of Peel – Investigators from 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrensted and charged a man for an alleged  indecent act that occurred in the City of Mississuaga.  Police are seeking any other victims and witnesses to come forward.

On Thursday, April 5, 2021, at approximately 7:20 p.m., a 35 year-old woman was on board a GO train when she allegedly observed an man exposing himself and engaging in an indecent act. The victim was able to exit the train without sustaining any physical injuries.

The suspect in this investigation has been identified as 56 year-old Stephen Keays from Toronto. Officers arrested him at his residence on April 8, 2021, and was charged with Indecent Act and Criminal Harassment.  He was held for a bail hearing and attended the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on April 9, 2021.
