Assistance Needed in Stabbing Investigation

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau seek the public's assistance in identifying a suspect in a stabbing investigation in Mississauga.

On Friday, June 17, 2022, at 4:50 a.m., the victim, a 21-year-old man from Mississauga, was waiting for a bus in the area of Creditview Road and Duval Drive in Mississauga. 

It is alleged that the victim was approached by an unknown suspect and stabbed. The victim was transported to a trauma centre, and his injuries have been deemed non-life-threatening.

The suspect's description is male, black, 5'10-6'0, wearing black shorts with white stripes down the sides and a red hooded sweater.
