Public Assistance Sought In Mississauga Break-Ins
Region of Peel – Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are currently investigating a series of residential break-ins during the overnight hours while homeowners were present. Vehicle keys were stolen from within the residences to target luxury vehicles parked in driveways and garages.
On Tuesday, September 12, 2023, during the early morning hours, unknown suspects broke into multiple residences in the QEW and Mississauga Road area.
Police are requesting residents to be vigilant and mindful around the area and be sure to keep their vehicles locked at all times and keys placed in a secure location within the residence.
Residents are also encouraged to contact police if they see any suspicious vehicles, persons, or activity in their neighbourhoods.
As Investigators continue to canvass for video evidence, they are appealing to anyone in the area who may have information or CCTV footage to please contact the 11 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-453-3311, extension 1133.
