Public Assistance Sought In Homicide Investigation
Region of Peel – Detectives from the Peel Regional Police Homicide Bureau are investigating a shooting that left an adult man dead.
On Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at approximately 11:50 p.m., police responded to shots fired near Royal Windsor Drive and Winston Churchill Boulevard in Mississauga. Upon arrival, police located the victim suffering from apparent injuries.
Despite the best efforts of first responders, the victim was transported to a local hospital and pronounced deceased.
Police believe this was a targeted incident and that there is no risk to the general public.
