Public Assistance Sought in Mississauga Shooting

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau request the public's assistance concerning a shooting in Mississauga.

On Friday, September 29, 2023, at approximately 6:20 a.m., a shooting occurred in the area of Turney Drive and Vista Boulevard in Mississauga. A vehicle was seen fleeing the scene eastbound on Vista Drive.

Officers did locate evidence of a shooting at the scene; however, no injuries have been reported.

Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed or has information, including dashcam footage relating to the incident, to contact the 11 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-453-3311, extension 1133. Information may also be left anonymously by calling Peel Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477) or visiting peelcrimestoppers.ca.
