Seeking Public’s Assistance to Identify Suspect

Region of Peel – Officers from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an assault in the City of Mississauga.

On Wednesday, July 21, 2021, just after 8:30 a.m., an unknown female walking through a park on Escada Drive in Mississauga assaulted the victim, a 68-year-old woman from Mississauga. 

The suspect fled on foot, and the victim contacted police. The victim suffered minor injuries and was cleared by Paramedics on scene.

The suspect is described as female, black, medium build, long black hair wearing pink leggings, and a black shirt.
