Search Warrants Conducted By 11 Division CIRT

Region of Peel – Officers from the 11 Community Incident Response Unit (CIRT) have arrested and charged two people with numerous offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act (CDSA) and the Criminal Code of Canada.

On Monday, December 30, 2024, officers executed multiple search warrants at residences in the City of Mississauga. This resulted in the seizure of a quantity of drugs, counterfeit marks, prohibited devices, the recovery of stolen property, and a stolen vehicle.

Agata Trabinski, a 42-year-old woman from Mississauga, was charged with the following offences:

  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance
  • Possession for the Purpose (X2)
  • Selling of Possessing Counterfeit Marks
  • Possession of Automobile Master Key
  • Possession of Device to Obtain Computer Service
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition (X2)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (X2)

She was held for a bail hearing and attended the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.

Brian Funes, a 37-year-old man from Mississauga, was charged with the following offences:

  • Selling or Possessing Counterfeit Marks
  • Unauthorized Possession of Prohibited Device or Ammunition (X2)
  • Possession Contrary to Order (X2)
  • Possessing Automobile Master Key
  • Possession of Device to Obtain Computer Service
  • Fail to Comply with Release Order

He was held for a bail hearing and attended the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
