44 Firearm and Drug Charges, 4 Arrested in Brampton

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have laid charges against four men regarding firearm and drug-related offences in the City of Bampton.

On February 27, 2021, police responded to Sandalwood Parkway and Fernforest Drive in Brampton to the report of gunshots. Investigation revealed that two motor vehicles were struck. There was no evidence of injuries. Forensic Identification Services attended and recovered several shell casings. 

The following day investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in Brampton and seized the following items:

Dominion Arms Rifle, Airsoft gun, Smith and Wesson CTG, two bulletproof vests, a chest holster with a neck gaiter, extended loaded magazine, drum magazine, laser site, a loaded magazine, three boxes of ammunition, and Remmington .223 rounds.

On Saturday, June 5, 2021, investigators, with the assistance of the Tactical Unit, executed a search warrant in Brampton. As a result, three firearms, several rounds of ammunition, a drum magazine, and a large number of drugs were seized. The following parties were arrested on June 5, 2021. 

 

Quaddien Davis, a 27-year-old man from Brampton

Wanted for an outstanding warrant was executed for:

Careless Storage of a Firearm x3

Possession of a Prohibited Device x2

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking

 

Norbert Grabowski, a 21-year-old man from Brampton

Possession of Unauthorized Firearm x2

Possession of a Prohibited Device

Careless Storage of a Firearm x2

Careless Storage of Ammunition x2

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking

 

Quoc Nguyen, a 22-year-old man from Brampton

Fail to Comply with Release

Possession of Unauthorized Firearm x2

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking

 

Tyler De Sousa, a 23-year-old man from Brampton

All parties were held for a bail hearing and attended the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
