Suspect Identified in Poppy Donation Boxes Stolen

Region of Peel – Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Criminal Investigation Bureau are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in relation to a theft of two poppy donation boxes in the City of Brampton.

On November 10, 2019 at approximately 2:51 p.m. the suspect attended a store in the area of Peel Centre Drive in the City of Brampton.  The suspect stole two poppy donation boxes with approximately $200 cash contained within. The suspect is described as female, white, 25-40 years of age, medium build with dark brown hair.  She has a distinctive mark on the left side of her face. The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweat shirt.

The suspect has been identified as Sindi Ingram 34-year-old women of no fixed address, a warrant has been issued for her arrest for Theft under $5000. She is currently wanted on three other warrants with Peel Regional Police for other property crimes of theft, possession of stolen property and breach probation.
