Public Assistance Sought in Locating Wanted Offender
Region of Peel – Peel Regional Police is seeking assistance from the public in locating a wanted man in relation to an ongoing Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) investigation.
Keenan Simpragra, 26-year-old man from Owen Sound, is currently wanted for allegedly committing several Criminal Code offences, including:
- Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm X2
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Fail to Comply with Release Order
IPV investigators have reason to believe that Simpragra has access to firearms, and should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen, members of the public are asked to dial 911 and to not approach. Police are also concerned for his own well being.
Keenan Simpragra is described as 6’1”, approximately 220lbs, light complexion, with short brown hair, brown eyes, long brown chin-strap style beard and mustache, with a tattoo of a ‘K’ on his right middle finger. He was last seen wearing dark clothing.
