Cowardly Suspect Robs Elderly Woman
Peel Crime Stoppers is seeking your help in identifying a cowardly male suspect who robbed an elderly woman.
On Thursday March 11, 2010 at 11:30am, the victim, a 71 year old woman, left the Scotia Bank at Southgate Plaza, located at 700 Balmoral Drive, Brampton. She proceeded along Balmoral Drive near Eastbourne Drive when she was approached by the suspect. The suspect pushed her to the ground and stole her purse. He was last seen jumping a fence on the south side of Balmoral Drive.
The suspect is described as male, white, 5’2” tall, small build, in his late teens or early twenties. He was wearing a dark cap, white sleeveless shirt with dark edging, dark track pants and dark shoes.
