Knife-Point Convenience Store Robbery

A Brampton convenience store has been robbed and a call to Crime Stoppers will help investigators with the case.

On Tuesday October 13th a little after 9:00 pm a store employee was working alone as a cashier at George’s Variety. Two suspects entered the store and walked directly around the counter where the victim was standing.  The first suspect produced a large kitchen knife and made a demand for cash and cigarettes.  He then removed money from the till, while the second suspect grabbed cigarettes and related products. The stolen cash and property was put into knapsacks and they fled the store in a westbound direction.

The suspects are described as male, black, 17-19 years old; one was around 5`6’ and the other 6 feet tall. Both had thin builds.

Surveillance footage of the robbery can be viewed by clicking on the [YouTube] link.
