Mississauga Bank Robber Sought
On Monday August 31st, 2009, at approximately 10:30 am, the victim was working as a teller at the Toronto Dominion Bank located at 5626 Tenth Line in Mississauga. At this time a male suspect entered the bank, waited his turn in line, and approached the victim. The suspect produced a handwritten note indicating he was armed and dangerous and then verbally demanded a quantity of cash. The victim advised the suspect that the safe worked on a time delay and she would not be able to access the money for a certain period of time. The suspect then fled the bank empty handed.
The suspect is described as: male, Hispanic, early 20's, 5'5, skinny build, facial acne, thin moustache, wearing a dark baseball hat, a blue and black lumberjack style coat, a black t-shirt and dark baggy pants.
