MACHETE WIELDING ROBBER SOUGHT

Peel Crime Stoppers is seeking your assistance in identifying a machete wielding suspect. 

On Sunday, August 16th, the victim was working at the RABBA Fine Foods located at 645 Lakeshore Road in the City of Mississauga.  At approximately 2:07 a.m., a male suspect entered the store holding a large machete and approached the victim, who was behind the counter. The suspect placed a black knapsack on the counter, pointed the machete at the victim and demanded he put the money in the bag or he would kill him. The victim told the suspect to take the money and open the cash himself.   When the suspect observed the victim trying to escape, he grabbed the knapsack and stated “I will see you again” and fled without any property.

Description:  Male, black, 5'7”, medium build, black curly afro hair, 20 years old.  Wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, black sneakers, white baseball hat with the authentic sticker on the rim, black knapsack and carrying a machete in his right hand.
