SUSPECTS SOUGHT IN VIOLENT CAR-JACKING
Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two outstanding suspects in a violent car-jacking.
On Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at approximately 11:30 p.m., the owner of Young’s Mini Market located on Falconer Drive in Mississauga had just locked his business and was walking towards his sport utility vehicle parked nearby.
At this time, the owner was accosted by 3 male parties who forced him into his vehicle and violently assaulted him, while demanding him to start his vehicle. Uniform patrol officers who were patrolling in the area came across this carjacking in process and the suspects fled on foot. One of the suspects was arrested nearby the officers.
The other two suspects described as male, black, remain outstanding.
