Crime of the Week - Mississauga

MISSISSAUGA MAN SHOT

 


A 24 year old Mississauga man was shot at the front door of his townhouse, and the investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are urging the public to call Crime Stoppers to help identify the suspects.

 

Shortly before midnight on Thursday May 22, 2008, the victim was at his residence on Williamsport Drive, that’s in the Bloor Street and Fieldgate Drive area. He became involved in a verbal altercation with a man and a woman. For reasons yet to be determined, the victim received two gunshot wounds, most likely from a shotgun. The shooting caused serious damage to his abdomen and right elbow. The suspects immediately fled the residence.

 

The shooter is described as male, black in his early twenties, with hair in braids. The second suspect is described as female, white in her early twenties with a heavy build.
