KNIFE–POINT ROBBERY AT CONVENIENCE STORE
Two men, one armed with a knife, robbed the employee of a Mississauga convenience store and your anonymous call to Crime Stoppers could lead investigators to the identity of the suspects.
On Tuesday April 29, 2008 just before 4:00 in the morning, two suspects entered the Rabba Fine Food on Derry Road West. One suspect went straight to the clerk, brandished a knife, and demanded cash from the till. The clerk opened the register and the suspect removed a small quantity of cash, and cigarettes from the shelves. The second suspect removed a few racks of Lottery tickets from the front counter.
Both suspects left on foot in a southerly direction.
Suspect # 1 is described as male, white, 23 years of age. He was wearing blue jeans, a black winter jacket, a green hat and a yellow balaclava.
Suspect #2 is described as male, white, 37 years of age, with a grey beard. He was wearing a checkered jacket, black jeans and a black balaclava.
