Crime of the Week - Mississauga

CASHIER ROBBED BY MASKED GUNMAN

 


A man armed with a handgun robbed the cashier of a Mississauga Food Market, and the police are asking you to call Crime Stoppers to help identify this man.

 

On Wednesday February 27, 2008 at about 9:40 in the evening, a man wearing a full face mask approached a cashier at the Town and County Market on Hurontario Street, south of Central Parkway. Armed with a black handgun, the suspect demanded cash from the till. He walked behind the register and helped himself to a small quantity of cash, and left the store through the front doors.

 

The suspect has been described as male, white, with an olive complexion and a slim build. He wore a grey jacket, with a white shirt hanging down below the jacket. The shirt had the word
“HARLEM“ in red lettering along the bottom.
