  MURDER SUSPECT IDENTIFIED

 

Peel Police Homicide investigators have identified a man wanted for a murder in Mississauga, and your call to Crime Stoppers can help put this criminal behind bars.

 

Shortly before 11:00 a.m. on Friday March 9, 2007, 36 year – old Orvil Campbell was found shot on the sidewalk of Eglinton Avenue near Tenth Line. He later died in hospital. As a result of an intensive investigation, police have identified the suspect and issued a Warrant for the arrest of Kevin Anthony SMITH of Mississauga.

 

SMITH is described as male black, 29 years of age, 6 ‘ tall, weighing 160 pounds with a muscular build. He has black afro style hair in twists ( corn rows ).

Members of the public are cautioned not to approach SMITH as he is believed to be armed.
