Crime of the Week - Brampton 

A 19 year old man, known to frequent the Brampton area, is on the run from police after stabbing another man, and Peel Crime Stoppers is seeking your help in leading investigators to his whereabouts.

The suspect was a party-goer at a residence on Eastern Court in Brampton during the early hours of Friday August 17, 2007. The victim, who owns the home, was forced to remove the suspect from the home after an altercation. Later that same evening, at around 9:30, the suspect returned. Armed with a knife, he stabbed the victim multiple times in the chest and legs, and fled the residence.

The victim suffered a punctured lung and a life-threatening cut to the femoral artery of his leg.

Andre Orlando GREEN, wanted on a Warrant for Attempt Murder and Aggravated Assault, is described as male, black, 6’ 3” tall, 180 pounds, with black, short hair and a thin moustache. He also goes by the nicknames of “DRE“ and “FRESHY“, and is known to frequent the ISLAND PRIDE Bar at 49 Kennedy Road South, and THE PLACE BAR & GRILL at 8 Rambler Drive.
