GUNMAN ATTEMPTS TO ROB STORE CLERK

 

 

A gunman and his two associates were foiled in their efforts to rob a store clerk, but Peel Crime Stoppers needs your help in identifying the trio.

 

On Saturday August 18, 2007 shortly after 6:30 in the evening, two men entered the Rogers Cellular Store on Burnhamthorpe Road West in Mississauga. They were making inquiries about cellular phone when a third male entered the store and stood at the front door. One of the men approached the clerk and pointed a handgun at him, demanding product. The clerk attempted to call 9-1-1 which caused the three suspects to immediately leave the store without any items.

 

The suspects are described as:

 

1. male, black, 20 – 25 years of age, 5’ 9” tall, thin build with a moustache. He was wearing a dark jacket, black baggy jeans, white t-shirt and a dark baseball cap, and armed with the handgun.


2. male, black, 23 – 27 years of age, 6’ 2” tall, thin build and long braided hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a blue t-shirt and blue baseball hat


3. male, black, 20 years of age, 6’ tall with a chubby build. He was wearing baggy jeans, a white t-shirt and a red, white and blue baseball hat.
