  LAPTOP COMPUTER STOLEN AT GUNPOINT

 

A young Mississauga man was robbed of his laptop computer, and your call to Crime Stoppers could put the suspect behind bars.

 

On Tuesday June 19, 2007 at around 11:30 in the evening, the victim was walking home from his aunt’s house, carrying a laptop computer under his arm. As he walked by the St. Gabriel Adult Learning Center on Brandon Gate Drive, he was approached by the suspect from behind. The suspect got the attention of the victim and showed him the black handle of a handgun tucked inside the suspect’s waistband of his pants. The suspect took the laptop and ran westbound along Brandon Gate Drive.

 

The suspect is described as:

 

Male, black, 17-21 years of age, wearing all black clothing with short black hair.

 

The laptop computer is described as an ACER model, silver in colour.
