GUNPOINT ROBBERY

 

A Brampton resident was robbed at gunpoint, and your call to Crime Stoppers can help the Central Robbery Bureau investigators arrest the suspects.

 

On Sunday April 8, 2007, at around 9:30 p.m., the 30 year-old man had returned to his home on Mountainview Way. He exited his vehicle and was immediately approached by a male suspect who brandished a black handgun.  While demanding money from the victim, the suspect escorted him to the front door of the house when a second gun – wielding suspect arrived. The suspects made an unsuccessful attempt to open the front door, and the victim was able to escape into a nearby vehicle for his safety.

 

Both suspects fled the area in a small black car that had been waiting on the roadway. No property was stolen, and the victim sustained no physical injuries.

 

Suspect # 1 is described as male black, 30 years of age, 6’ tall, 170 pounds with a muscular build, and short brown hair. He was wearing black clothing.

 

Suspect # 2 is described as male black, 6’ 1”, 190 pounds with a muscular build, wearing black clothing with a black covering on his head and face.
